<>The Mainship Nantucket was introduced in 1981.A handsome design with a huge interior, only one aft statement with double walk around bed,with lot's of storage for living aboard or long cruising.The salon is particularly spacious and the absence of a dinette in this layout is interesting and perhaps even a welcome change from the norm.Instead of a dinette,the Nantucket 40 has a handy breakfast bar which takes up considerably less space.Both staterooms are arranged in the conventional manner,and a tub/shower is fitted in the aft head.She is built on a modified-V hull

Miscellaneous:
  Perkins 200 HP turbo-aspirated, with 1,100 + hours each.  WBD worked them over at 1,000 hours, and reset the engine hour Gauge.

Two A/C units, gen set out of service, LORAN in good shape, Old SITEX radar needs to be unlocked from disuse,

No GPS, autopilot, or synchronizer.  Trim Tabs (adds about 1 knot but markedly reduces wake).  Two radios, two depthsounders, LORAN repeater on the upper helm.
