Layout Overview
Introduced in 1982,the Silverton Aft Cabin was the first double-cabin design. She is built on a solid fiberglass,modified-V hull with good freeboard,considerable bow flare,and 14 degree deadrise at the transom.Below,her two stateroom interior is arranged with the galley and dinette down,wich results in a farily spacious salon.The full-with aft cabin has a walk around double bed berth,and V-Berths are installed in the forward stateroom.Both heads in the Silverton 40 are fitted with shower stalls,and a light oak interior woodwork replaced thr original teak interior.
