Layout Overview

The 77 Jarrett Bay is fourteen months into her three year build. The price reflects the vessel built as per the specifications listed below. With nearly 60 custom builds to date, Jarrett Bay designs their hulls, first and foremost, with performance in mind. Their proven modified-vee hull design uses steadfastly seaworthy, lightweight materials allowing the vessel to be faster than other similarly sized boats with equal or more horsepower, and significantly superior fuel economy than custom and production boats in her class. The 77’s propeller tunnels afford an accommodating 5-foot, 8-inch draft for access to waters usually off limits to a boat of this size. At this time the boat can be built with any engine option. The standard power CAT C32's @ 1900 BHP provides a cruise speed of 30 knots and a WOT of 34 knots. With significant advancements in materials and construction, the optional 2400 hp Jarrett Bay 77 has the same fuel burn per hour as the Jarrett Bay 70 with 2400 hp and would attain top end speeds of 42 knots.

The Jarrett Bay 77 is at a very pivotal point in construction–fourteen months into her construction and can be finished as originally designed, or modified to fit your individual fishing and design styles. Call now to discuss making this complete package of performance, luxury, convenience and quality uniquely yours.

Salon
The interior arrangements are methodically planned out, but can be modified to fit your individual wishes as construction has yet to begin here. The 77’s interior plan, like that of Jarrett Bay’s hull and propulsion evolutions, is a result of 20-plus years of keen attention to customer input and applications of the latest design and trend concepts. Many of the interior design elements feature a fresh and innovative approach towards comfortably accommodating you, your guests and crew that can only be found in a custom build. The 77’s original interior plan presents an expansive saloon and galley on a single level. You will be mesmerized by the lustrous satin finished, hand-selected figured cherry interior cabinetry. To port and starboard, large curved soffits extend the entire length of the saloon and galley, allowing the air to flow evenly. Everyone will enjoy the saloon seating arrangements, which feature a custom L-shaped lounge to port with storage underneath, and twin barrel chairs situated between a 42-inch plasma TV. On the same level, the saloon opens into a fully-equipped galley and dining area. The galley is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, arranged in an L-shape formation for convenient entertaining while cooking. Upper and lower cabinets provide plenty of provisions storage. Directly to starboard, a large U-shaped dinette and additional seating is found just aft of the custom curved galley bar, complete with three stools and refrigeration. At the current stage of production, the arrangement is open to fit within 77'. Engine/Mechanical

Jarrett Bay’s noteworthy attention to detail in the engine room equals that of their finish work in places no one may ever see. All surfaces are faired and smooth-finished by hand, and then painted with high gloss, white ALEXSEAL to ensure a clean, glossy appearance and easy clean-up. You’ll find wire harnesses, plumbing and piping all hidden behind access panels or cabinetry, as their engineers believe that the engine room should remain orderly for ease of maintenance. Just aft of the engine room, a pump room houses the 28 kw Onan generator, headhunter head grey water system, chilled water a/c system, electrical panels, fuel fills and a myriad of other essential equipment. In an age of very complex systems and hull designs, Jarrett Bay is recognized by the world’s foremost sportfish aficionados as a master of keeping things simple, manageable and reliable. Exterior Finish/Construction

Jarrett Bay uses cold-molding to reduce the overall weight, while still producing a stronger, more fuel efficient vessel. The 77 uses high-speed, stainless steel rudders and struts, and aviation cone-style prop nuts to decrease drag and increase performance. There is no intrusion of water pickups or through hulls, as all systems run through sea chests. This layout is designed to be built with an underwater exhaust system which keeps fumes out of the cockpit and produces a quieter ride.
