Chuck joined Jarrett Bay Yachts with the opening of their Maryland office in 2005 after working for several years with two other national yacht brokerages. He has since completed certifications with Hatteras, Cabo and Grand Banks Yachts becoming an expert in both new and used models of these high quality brands.

Rich stayed involved with the operation as the Executive Vice President until 2011, when it was time for him to pursue his real passion, boats.

In the past 30 years, he has owned and operated more than 15 boats, from 18' to 70'. Center consoles, express boats, sport cruisers, sport fish and motor yachts - built by Hatteras, Cabo, Donzi, Fountain, Viking, Viking Sports Cruisers, Albemarle and Tiara. So, Rich knows boats, first-hand. With this fleet, he visited their factories numerous times and worked closely with each to achieve exactly what he wanted. This experience greatly helps Rich’s new boat customers with the smooth delivery of their boating dreams.
Having lived and boated primarily in the Annapolis, Maryland area for the past 15 years, Rich has also traveled extensively with his boats from Connecticut to Florida. An additional knowledge bank that proves extremely valuable to Rich’s clients.
Rich learned early on in his retail career that listening to the customer is the only way to succeed. And after the sale, you can count on Rich to do whatever is necessary to make sure that boating remains FUN for all.
